Hill Engineering practices mechanical methods for residual stress measurement, including the slitting method and the contour method, and works with vendors of other residual stress measurement methods to deliver quality residual stress measurements. Our on-site laboratory allows for rapid fee-for-service measurements in a range of applications. We also develop advanced residual stress measurement technology to support our work in residual stress engineering.
